The New Wave of Pandemic Job Interviewing !

“Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom.” — General George Patton

In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced COVID-19 a pandemic — an infection flare-up happening over a wide geographic territory and influencing an extraordinarily high extent of the populace. The actual world closure and life was waiting.

Survival for tissue, filtered water and hand sanitizer ran regular people into survivor mode. Wearing mask turned into the new norm and individuals were hesitant to shake hands. The world moved as everything progressed, from the manner in which we bought goods to the manner in which we led prospective employee meetings.

Since the pandemic unemployment took a shocking 24.5 percent climb. The work market changed definitely in person interviews are now becoming obsolete. Numerous virtual locales, for example, SPARK HIRE, Video Platform are now operating as remote virtual platforms for managers and corporate agencies to process job interviews.

Sparkle Hire is another program made to offer managers the chance to see your recorded interview answers from the comfort of their home. The program is set up to ask you inquiries under a three minute timer and present your reaction video to the board. The most intriguing thing is that you can see yourself react to the inquiries, the entertaining facial expressions you make as you multitask between reading the question and watching the timer.

This latest program will be the new approach for how prospective job interviews will be conducted, dispensing with vis-à-vis interviews. So if your planning for a virtual job interview here are a few tips:

#1. Carefully read the question and instructions

#2. Follow the prompts attentively

#3. After reading the interview question look directly into your camera as if you were looking at your interviewer face to face.

#4. If your unsure about your response video skip and request a retake if possible

#5. Breath and pretend your speaking with someone

#6 Have fun its better a virtual panel than the real one

As we slowly accept the change of virtual interviewing due to the pandemic lets make sure we practice the art of patience.
